 Help for !JpegOpt+
 ------------------

This program optimizes JPEG files - thus saving some disc space.
Double-click on !JpegOpt+ to install it on the LHS of the iconbar.
This will also open a small 'progress' window.

Just drag any group of files/Dirs/Apps to this 'JpegOpt' window.
Any JPEG files present will be optimized, including those found
on the first level of any dragged Directory or Application.
(Note: there is no recursion through sub-directories etc).

The small window will display the progress of the optimization.
It shows the current number of optimised JPEG files and the total
 space saved (in Kb).
The 'Reset' button will reset both to zero.
THE 'Close' button will close the window.

If the window is not present then you can just drag any files etc
to the iconbar-icon and optimization will proceed as normal. Just
click <Select>/<Adjust> on the iconbar-icon to re-open the window
to display the overall file-counter and saved-space.

N.B. The original JPEGs are overwritten by the optimized JPEGs.

(Note: sometimes (rare) the saved space can be negative, showing
that the optimized file(s) have increased in size - this is
usually quite small and should not be a cause for concern.
However in general optimization should save quite a lot of space.)
